GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

  1. The Name, Class, and Section of the students should be clearly, marked on all belongings of the students.
  2. Every student should be clean and neatly dressed for school. The school uniform must be worn on all working days.
  3. All boys other than Sikhs should get their hair trimmed regularly.
  4. Girls should not apply nail polish or mehndi during school sessions.
  5. Students should refrain from carrying valuable items to school.
  6. Students not availing of the school transport facility are required to reach the school ten minutes before the bell rings.
  7. Talking loudly, Shouting or Whistling is not allowed in the school.
  8. While changing classrooms or going to the lab, library, field, etc., students are required to move silently and in an orderly manner.
  9. Students should not carve names or damage the school furniture, charts, walls, etc. Any damage caused will have to be made good by the parents of the student concerned.
  10. Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the Principal; neither will they be summoned to answer phone calls during school hours.
  11. Parents are requested not to visit the students in the classroom without the permission of the Principal.
  12. The school reserves the right to suspend/expel students whose conduct is harmful to other students or to the school.
  13. Students are not allowed to buy eatables from vendors outside the school premises.
  14. Any student who fails twice in three years will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.
  15. Every student must have a minimum of 80 percent attendance to school (unless medically advised rest) to be promoted to the next class.

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

  1. The parent is requested to read the rules and, in the interest of the child, abide by the rules laid down by the school.
  2. Whenever you correspond with the school regarding your son/ daughter, kindly quote his/her full name, class, and section.
  3. All communications should be addressed to the Principal.
  4. No child will be allowed to leave the premises during school hours without prior permission from the Principal in writing.
  5. Parents are requested to send all the documents (like daily behavior, reading habits, health & eating habits) ticking / marking.
  6. Parents are requested to take an appointment to see the Principal or teacher or any concerned person.
