EXAMINATION AND PROMOTION

  1. The First Terminal Examination in August shall cover courses done up to the end of July.
  2. The Second Terminal Examination in December shall cover courses done from September to November.
  3. The Third Terminal Examination shall cover the courses covered from December to February.
  4. Final results will be prepared on the basis of all the terms.
  5. Pupils absent from an examination for any reason shall not sit for re-examination.
  6. Students who fail the Terminal Examination shall not be given any rank.
  7. A student must get 40% marks in each subject and 50% marks aggregate to qualify himself/herself for promotion to the next class. The decision of the principal in the matter of promotion shall be final.
